We deal in ruminant feed, mixed sebos, sheep and goat feed, grains, herbs, salt cubes, cattle feed, poultry feed, and more. As our products are related to animal nutrition and care, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns on opened or used items. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Our team will review your case and may offer a replacement or store credit if the claim is valid.

To qualify, products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We may ask for clear photos or additional details to process your request.

Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs unless the mistake is on our part. We value your satisfaction and strive to resolve any genuine concerns promptly and fairly.
